The Hospital That Lives in Our Minds, Not Yet in Brick

In our fieldwork, there’s one question we hear again and again: “Aapka khud ka aspataal hai kya?” And every time, we pause—because the truth is both hopeful and unfinished. We have the land. We have the plan. What we don’t yet have is the structure. But make no mistake—the hospital lives. Not in concrete and walls yet, but in our mission, our documents, and our daily conversations.

Why do we want our own hospital? Because every child we support today is admitted into borrowed systems—government hospitals with long queues, or private ones where negotiations happen at every desk. Despite our best efforts, we often face delays and limitations that hurt the very children we’re trying to help. With our own facility, we can treat children with dignity, speed, and purpose—without ever asking for a payment slip or waiting for a doctor’s availability.

“It’s not made of walls yet, but it’s already full of hope.” – Volunteer, Subhansh Team

The land is secured. The vision is clear. What’s missing is funding—and that’s where the next chapter begins. We’re calling on those who believe not just in charity, but in legacy. This hospital won’t carry anyone’s name—it will carry the faces and futures of children who never had a place before.

  • The hospital will offer completely free treatment to underprivileged children

  • Land is owned and legally registered under the Trust

  • Plans include specialized care for disability, trauma, and critical illness
